Password change not allowed at this time.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The number of hours since the password was last changed is less than the number of hours specified by the PWDCHGBLK user profile parameter.
Recovery . . . : You must wait approximately &1 hours and &2 minutes before you attempt to change your password again. If you cannot wait this long, contact a security administrator and request that your password be set to expired or request that the administrator change your password.
Technical description . . . . . . . . : The number of hours since the password last changed date is less than the number of hours specified by the PWDCHGBLK user profile parameter or QPWDCHGBLK system value.
