Unable to finish ending agent services. Reason code &1

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The ending of the agent services defined by the preferences file in &5 has not completed successfully. The reason code is &1.

Reason Codes:
01 - Job &2 cannot be ended because it is not active.
02 - The ending (ENDJOB) of job &2 at port &3 failed.
03 - The preferences file is not configured correctly.
04 - Job &2 cannot be ended because this will only end jobs named &4.
05 - There is no known agent service job that has previously been started at port &3.
06 - A Java Virtual Machine(JVM) exception has occurred.
07 - Invalid credentials for the Job Service principal.

Recovery . . . : Do one of the following:
01 - Since this job is not active, nothing has to be ended. Processing can continue.
02 - See the messages previously listed. Correct the errors and attempt to end the agent services again.
03 - The preferences file must be in the correct format. Follow the guidelines to correctly configure your preferences file. Some of the more common problems to check for are if you have any pools defined, and if their ports are between 0 and 65535.
04 - A job of any name besides &4 will not be ended by this process. Have the agent services administrator manually end job &2 if it is indeed an agent service job.
05 - Either nothing is configured to be running from port &3, the job has already been ended, or the job intended to be running from port &3 failed to start. If a job is supposed to be running from this port, see the messages from the STRAGTSRV command and correct the problems.
06 - See the previously listed message containing the JVM exception. Correct the problem and attempt to end the agent services again.
07 - The job attempting to end the agent services must be able to authenticate itself when running in secure mode. There must be a valid credential for the Job Service while ending the agent services. Have the agent services administrator refresh this credential for the Job Service principal.
