Variable length record error on member &4.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The record length specified by the program on a put or update operation while accessing member &4 file &2 in library &3 is not correct. The record length must be greater than or equal to the minimum record length specified when the file was opened and less than or equal to the file's maximum record length.
Recovery . . . : Either specify a different file, change the file, or change the program. Then try your request again.
Possible choices for replying to message . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . :
C -- The request is canceled.
I -- The request is ignored.
