Key mapping error on member &4.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : A key mapping error occurred on member &4 file &2 in library &3. Either the key fields in record number &6, record format &7, member number &8, contain data that is not valid, a significant digit was truncated, or there was an error converting from one CCSID to another.
Recovery . . . : If the record number is zero, the error occurred on an attempt to put or update a record through a logical file. See previously listed message CPD4001 to identify the access path preventing the operation. See previously listed message CPF5035 or CPD5036 to determine the fields that contributed to the key mapping error. Change the fields that are not correct and try the operation again.
If the record number is 4294967295, the error occurred on a key passed as a parameter to a get-by-key operation. See previously listed message CPF5035 or CPD5036 to identify the key fields that are not correct. Change the key fields that are not correct and try the operation again.
If the record number is greater than zero, the error occurred on an attempt to read an existing record and return key feedback. See previously listed message CPF5035 or CPD5036 to determine the physical file fields that are not correct. Then either delete the record from the file or change the data in the fields that are not correct and try the request again.
Possible choices for replying to message . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . :
C -- The request is canceled.
I -- The request is ignored.
