Error on device &4. Device response code is &6.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : SNA bind or unbind or start error. There is a probable device or device configuration error.
Recovery . . . : Close the file &2 in library &3. The device response codes, their meanings and probable causes are:
08210000-Error in bind parameters. If the device &4 is a locally attached work station, the condition can be caused if the keyboard on the work station is different than the keyboard specified for the device (WSCKBD keyword on CRTDEVDSPL command).
08090000-A second Activate Logical Unit (ACTLU) command was received by the device &4 without an intervening Deactivate (DACTLU) command.
0801XXXX-Device is not available.
4029-Unexpected pacing value.
6148-Incorrect bind image received.
6109-User-defined data contains incorrect unbind response. Correct the error and try the request again. If the problem occurs again, enter the ANZPRB command to run problem analysis.
