Encoded vector access path error detected.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : An insert or update operation on member &4 failed because of an encoded vector access path built over member &4 which has reached the maximum limit. The access path is owned by logical file &6 in library &7.
Recovery . . . : Rebuild the logical file access path for file &6 in library &7, by using the Change Logical File (CHGLF) command and specifying FRCRBDAP(*YES).
