Input/Output option for file &2 in library &3 on device &4 not valid.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : Input/output (I/O) options for PUT, GET, and PUTGET commands must be the options NEXT and WAIT. For tape files opened with position parameter *END, a GET command with a previous wait option is valid.
Recovery . . . : Compile the program again with valid I/O options and a valid position parameter. Then try the request again.
