Device &4 sent a negative response on LU-SSCP flow.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : Device response code is &6.
Recovery . . . : Do one of the following, and then try the request again.
-- If running LU1, to continue input/output (I/O) operations, issue another I/O operation. By issuing another I/O operation the session will automatically be initialized again through the Start Data Traffic (SDT command) and the I/O operation will be performed.
-- If running SNUF, close file &2 in library &3.
