BSC blank decompression failed for file &2 in &3.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The incoming data stream does not conform to BSC compressed format for compressing blanks.
Recovery . . . : Ensure remote system is sending compressed data. A compression sequence is hex 1D followed by a hex value from 43 to 7F (representing a count from 3-63). If the remote system is not sending compressed data, specify DTACPR(*NO) for this file.
