Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The record length or the block length defined for device description &4, or on a previously specified Add Intersystem Communications Function Program Device Entry (ADDICFDEVE) or Change Intersystem Communications Function Program Device Entry (CHGICFDEVE) or Override Intersystem Communications Function Program Device Entry (OVRICFDEVE) command for file &2 in library &3, exceeds the buffer length specified for the line description (MAXBUFFER parameter).
Recovery . . . : Close the file. Correct the record length, block length, or buffer length and try the request again.
