Hardware error on device &4.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : There is a hardware error on device &4 for file &2 in library &3. The device response code is &6.
Recovery . . . : The device must be readied before the active job will release control of device &4. Press Stop and then press Start to clear any indicator lights. Device may need to be turned off and then on again to clear the error.
If the problem continues, start problem analysis (ANZPRB command).
