Message : CPF5396
Cannot allocate session for file &2 in library &3 for device &4.
Message Long Text :
Cause . . . . . : When an evoke function was issued, a session was not available within the time limit specified by the WAITFILE parameter. If this session is on a switched line, the system may have disconnected the line when no sessions were active.
Recovery . . . : The condition may be corrected by one of the following recovery actions:
-- Increase the maximum number of sessions.
-- Increase the time limit specified by the WAITFILE parameter on the CRTICFF command.
-- Release the session after sending or receiving a detach function and acquire a new session before each evoke.
-- Change the controller so that it does not disconnect the line (SWTDSC(*NO) parameter on the CHGCTLAPPC or the CHGCTLHOST command).
After the condition has been corrected, try the request again.
