System cannot automatically create, change, or vary on a device description for remote location &1.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The system support cannot automatically create, change, or vary on a device description for remote location &1. This could happen for one of the following reasons:
- The controller has disconnected or is in the process of disconnecting.
- The system was attempting to vary on a dependent device (a manually created device with local location address greater than 00).
- An internal system failure has occurred.
Recovery . . . : Use the Work with Configuration Status (WRKCFGSTS) command to determine if the controller description has disconnected. If so, use the Vary Configuration (VRYCFG) command to vary the controller on and try the request again.
Use the Work with Device Description (WRKDEVD) command to determine if the device is a dependent device (local location address is greater than 00). If the device is a dependent device, use the VRYCFG command to vary the device on manually, then try the request again.
If an internal system failure has occurred, report the problem using the ANZPRB command.
