Command &6 failed. Mode &1 not in proper state.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : Command &6 failed for remote location &3, device &2, local location &4, remote network identifier &5 because mode &1 is not started.
Recovery . . . : Use the Display Mode Status (DSPMODSTS) command to verify the condition of the mode. Use the Start Mode (STRMOD) command to start the mode.
If the problem continues, report the problem (ANZPRB command).
