Maximum number of sessions not correct.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The maximum number of sessions you specified for mode &1, remote location &4, device &2, local location &5, remote network identifier &6 is greater than the configured session maximum of &3.
Recovery . . . : Specify a correct session maximum number and try the request again. If more sessions are required than are allowed by the configured maximum, vary device &2 off by using the Vary Configuration (VRYCFG) command and change the configured session maximum &3 (MAXSSN parameter) using the Change Mode Description (CHGMODD) command for mode &1. Then, try the request again.
