Record length too small for data base source file.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : Data base source file &1 in library &2 member &3 has a record length that is too small. A data base file source file with a minimum of record length of &4 or greater is required to contain retrieved binder language from the RTVBNDSRC command.
Recovery . . . : Verify the source file name, and then try the command again.
