Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : To change the USRPRF attribute for service program &1 in library &2, user profile &3 or one of its group profiles must either own the service program or have all object (*ALLOBJ) and security administrator (*SECADM) special authorities.
Recovery . . . : Obtain the required authority and try again, or have a user with the required authority change the service program (CHGSRVPGM command) or change the object ownership (CHGOBJOWN command).
