Update of program &1 in library &2 not allowed.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The Update Program (UPDPGM) command is not allowed to update program &1 in library &2.
Recovery . . . : No recovery. If the program needs to be updated, it must instead be recreated from module objects using the Create Program (CRTPGM) command.
Technical description . . . . . . . . : A program is not allowed to be updated if ALWUPD(*NO) was specified on the CRTPGM command when the program was created.
