Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The requested file creation date was not found at sequence number &3 on volume &2 on device &1. The file label identifier &4 with a creation date &5 was found at sequence number &3.
Recovery . . . : Do one of the following, and then try the command again:
-- Load the correct volume on the tape drive.
-- Specify the LABEL and the creation date (CRTDATE) values that are the same as those found for the file.
-- Specify LABEL(*NONE) and CRTDATE(*NONE).
