Nonlabeled tape format not valid on device &1.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : A nonlabeled volume cannot be created on a 1/4 inch cartridge device or an 8 millimeter cartridge device. When using a 1/4 inch cartridge device or an 8 millimeter cartridge device, standard labeled volumes must be used.
Recovery . . . : Use a 1/2 inch reel or a 1/2 inch cartridge tape device to create the nonlabeled tape, or use a standard labeled volume when using the 1/4 inch cartridge device or the 8 millimeter cartridge device.
