SEQNBR(*FIRST) or SEQNBR(*NEXT) is not valid.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : SEQNBR(*FIRST) or SEQNBR(*NEXT) cannot be specified for a nonlabeled volume.
Recovery . . . : Do one of the following actions, and then try the command again:
-- Load a standard label volume on the tape drive.
-- Specify the SEQNBR parameter with a valid sequence number on the Check Tape (CHKTAP) command.
