Cause . . . . . : The condition code &6 indicates the cause:
1 -- Tape device description &7 is not in a library device and NEWVOL(*CTGID) was specified.
2 -- Library device &1 is not in library mode and NEWVOL(*CTGID) was specified.
3 -- Cartridge ID &3 is not allowed to be used by the defined cartridge filter.
Recovery . . . : The condition code &6 indicates the recovery action:
1 -- Do not attempt to use NEWVOL(*CTGID) for a tape device that is not in a library device.
2 -- Switch the mode of library device &1 and retry the operation.
3 -- Use the QTASCTGF API to add cartridge &3 to the cartridge filter.
