Cause . . . . . : &1 was specified for the library device and no tape devices configured to &1 are available.
Recovery . . . : Retry the operation when a tape device in library device &1 is available. If the tape devices within the library are not varied on, vary the tape devices on with the Vary Configuration (VRYCFG) command and retry the operation.
