Duplicate cartridge or virtual volume name found

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : A duplicate cartridge identifier or virtual volume name was found in device &1. One of the following may be the cause:
-- A duplicate cartridge identifier has been found in the tape library device.
-- An attempt was made to initialize a tape with the Initialize Tape (INZTAP) command and the specifed new volume identifier &3 already exists in the tape library device or in image catalog &4 loaded in the virtual tape device.
Recovery . . . :
If more than one tape volume has the same cartridge identifier in a tape library device, then one must be physically removed or removed with the Remove Tape Cartridge (RMVTAPCTG) command before the operation can be attempted again.
If an attempt was made to initialize a tape to a volume identifier that already exists,then a unique new volume identifier must be used.
