Remote journal &1 in &2 not added.

Cause . . . . . : Remote journal &1 in library &2 in Auxiliary Storage Pool group &10 already exists. However, it was not added because the remote journal was never associated with journal &3 in library &4 in ASP group &11. NOTE: *SYSBAS indicates a base user ASP.
Recovery . . . : Verify the input parameters to the command or API. If all of the input parameters are correct, remote journal &1 in library &2 in ASP group &10 must be deleted. Try the request again.
