Journal recovery failed.

Cause . . . . . : Recovery for the specified journal failed while the system was processing one of the following commands:
-- Create Journal (CRTJRN)
-- Create Journal Receiver (CRTJRNRCV)
-- Delete Journal (DLTJRN)
-- End Journal Access Path (ENDJRNAP)
-- End Journal Physical File (ENDJRNPF)
-- End Journal Object (ENDJRNOBJ)
-- End Journal (ENDJRN)
-- End Journal Library (ENDJRNLIB)
-- Restore Object (RSTOBJ or RST)
-- Start Journal Access Path (STRJRNAP)
-- Start Journal Physical File (STRJRNPF)
-- Start Journal Object (STRJRNOBJ)
-- Start Journal (STRJRN)
-- Start Journal Library (STRJRNLIB)
These commands could have failed for one of the following reasons:
-- The user does not have the correct authority to run the commands.
-- Damage was found while running the commands.
-- This process was not able to allocate the objects needed to successfully run the commands.
Recovery . . . : Look at the job log (DSPJOBLOG command) for messages that indicate the reason for the failure. Correct any errors or select a different option. Then try the request again.
