Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : Format &3 or activating a remote journal with delivery mode &5 requires that a journal of type &4 be specified for the qualified journal name.
Recovery . . . : See the APIs topic collection in the Programming category in the IBM i Information Center, http://www.ibm.com/systems/i/infocenter/ for the API specifications. If attempting to activate a remote journal with delivery mode *SYNC, try the request again with *ASYNC as the delivery mode. Otherwise, specify a valid qualified journal name and try the request again.
