Access paths built over file &1 are being journaled.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : Journaling could not be ended for physical file &1 in library &2 because file &3 in library &4 is journaling its access paths.
Recovery . . . : End journaling the access paths (ENDJRNAP command) for file &3 in library &4. Then try the request again.
