Field value &1 specified incorrectly.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The field with value &1 in format &2 is specified incorrectly. The field value must be in uppercase and begin with an alphabetic character followed by alphanumeric characters. If the name is a string of characters, it must be enclosed in quotation marks. If the field value is a library name, it cannot be QTEMP. Otherwise, the field is an unsupported value.
Recovery . . . : Specify the field value correctly, and try the request again.
