Row or column given for positioning is not valid.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : A value specified for the Row parameter or Column parameter of the Add Pop-up Window API is not valid. This may have occurred because:
-- The row specified was 0 or 1.
-- The column specified was 0.
-- A window of minimum depth would not fit if it was positioned at the row specified.
-- A window of minimum width would not fit if it was positioned at the column specified.
Recovery . . . : Change the program to specify a valid window location using the Row and Column parameters on the Add Pop-Up Window API and try the request again.
