Value not correct. Reason code &3.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : A value that is not correct was used by this program. The reason codes are:
0 - The input is not for this program.
1 - The value for the OPTION parameter is not correct.
2 - The OPTION parameter requires the RELPOS parameter to be specified.
3 - The OPTION parameter requires the SELECT parameter to be specified.
4 - The OPTION parameter requires the LSTEID parameter to be specified.
5 - The value for the CONTENTS parameter is not correct.
6 - The value for the SELECT parameter is not correct.
7 - The value for the RCDCNT parameter is not correct.
8 - The value for the RCDSIZE parameter is not correct.
9 - The value for the OPTION parameter is not correct when the RCDCNT parameter is specified.
10 - The *NODATA value for the OPTION parameter is not correct when the RCDCNT parameter is specified.
11 - The value for the RETRCDCNT parameter is not correct.
12 - The value for the record number array in the RCDNBRS parameter is not correct.
13 - The *ROWCOL value for the POPLOC parameter requires both the ROW and the COL parameters to be specified.
14 - The value for the REMOVE parameter is not correct.
15 - The *NODATA value is not correct for the OPTION parameter when extended action is specified for the LSTEID parameter.
16 - The LSTEID parameter must specify the extended-action list entry when the *LSTEID value is specified for the OPTION parameter.
Recovery . . . : Change the program to use the correct parameter value and try your request again.
