Dialog variable &5 not found in panel group &1 in &2.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : A program tried to use dialog variable &5 to specify the program to be used to add list entries to list &4 in panel group &1 in library &2; however, variable &5 is not defined in the panel group.
Recovery . . . : Change the calling program to specify the name of dialog variable defined in the panel group or define the dialog variable in the panel group. Then try the request again.
