Error occurred while trying to recover from another error.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : An error occurred while trying to add panel group &1 in library &2 to search index &3 in library &4. Another error occurred while trying to remove the part of the panel group that was added before the first error occurred. See previous messages for the cause of the first error.
Recovery . . . : Use the Remove Search Index Entry (RMVSCHIDXE) command to remove the panel group from the search index. Then correct the first error and run the ADDSCHIDXE command again. If the RMVSCHIDXE command fails, delete and build the search index again.
