Object of type *&3 cannot be synchronized with journal.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : If the object type is not an integrated file system object, then the system cannot synchronize data in object &1 in library &2 with the journal.
If the object type is an integrated file system object, the system cannot synchronize data in object &7 with file ID of &4 with the journal.
If *N or hex zero appears for any fields, then this information does not apply.
If the object type is *DIR and the path name is *N, then the directory name is &6.
The failing object is at address &5.
Recovery . . . : If the object type is *DIR and the path name is *N, then there is no recovery. Report the problem (ANZPRB command).
Otherwise, restore a saved version of the object (RSTOBJ or RST command) onto the system. Then use the apply journaled changes (APYJRNCHG) command if possible, to apply the changes from the journal.
