Member &3 file &1 in &2 never journaled.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : Either file &1 in library &2 was not journaled or the journal information could not be retrieved from the object information repository (OIR). To compare the journal images for a file, the file must have been either currently journaled or have been previously journaled.
Recovery . . . : Specify a journaled file name and try the request again.
