Receiver &1 cannot have storage freed. Reason code &3.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : Journal receiver &1 in library &2 was saved. However, the receiver was saved without storage freed because the receiver cannot have storage freed for reason code &3. The reason codes and their meanings follow:
1 -- The receiver is currently attached to a journal.
2 -- The previous journal receiver is not deleted or freed.
3 -- The receiver is a full receiver and its dual receiver is a partial receiver.
4 -- The entry cannot be journaled for the operation.
5 -- A journaled object associated with journal receiver &1 has changes that have not been forced to auxiliary storage.
6 -- The receiver contains entries for changes that are not committed or rolled back. These entries are necessary for IPL recovery operations.
7 -- The receiver must be kept for recovery purposes.
9 -- One or more access paths are being journaled and a reorganize physical file member (RGZPFM) command is in progress for one or more of the members over which the access paths are built.
10 -- One or more access paths are being journaled and a clear physical file member (CLRPFM) command is in progress for one or more of the members over which the access paths are built.
11 -- An access path build was started while a tentative commit cycle was still open.
12 -- A job is currently retrieving journal entries from journal receiver &1.
13 -- One or more objects journaled to this journal are involved in a long-running operation. The object is &4 in library &5 of type *&7 member &6.
Recovery . . . :
For reason codes 1 or 4, detach the receiver by using the Change Journal(CHGJRN) command to attach a new receiver.
For reason code 2, delete or free the previous journal receiver.
For reason code 3, delete the dual receiver.
For reason code 5, close the associated objects, force the changes to auxiliary storage.
For reason code 6, ensure that the commitment control related changes are committed or rolled back.
For reason code 7, no recovery is possible. Report the problem (ANZPRB command).
For reason code 9, wait until all reorganize physical file member (RGZPFM) commands have completed for all members that have access paths journaled to this journal.
For reason code 10, wait until all clear physical file member (CLRPFM) commands have completed for all members that have access paths journaled to this journal.
For reason code 11, wait until the access path build has completed for all members that have access paths journaled to this journal.
For reason code 12, wait until the job that is retrieving journal entries has finished retrieving journal entries.
For reason code 13, wait until the long-running job completes.
After performing the recovery listed above (excluding reason code 7), try the request again.
