Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : File &1 in library &2 member &3 is not eligible for the requested operation because the object contains changes for a partial transaction for which a rollback operation was prematurely ended. The object cannot be used in its current state.
Recovery . . . : Delete the file or remove the file from the list of specified objects on the Apply Journaled Changes (APYJRNCHG) or Remove Journaled Changes (RMVJRNCHG) command.
