Operation on &1 not allowed.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The requested operation on journal &1 in library &2 on ASP group &3 is not allowed because journal receiver &4 in library &5 on ASP group &6 is not on a compatible ASP. If the journal's ASP is an independent ASP, then the journal receiver &4 in library &5 must exist on an independent ASP within the same ASP group as the journal's ASP. If the journals's ASP is the system ASP, or a basic user ASP, then journal receiver &4 in library &5 cannot exist on an independent ASP. An ASP group name of *N means it is a basic user ASP.
Recovery . . . : If the journal is in an independent ASP, specify a different journal receiver that is within the same ASP group. If the journal is not in an independent ASP, then specify a journal receiver that is also not in an independent ASP.
