Cause . . . . . : DLTRCV(*YES) is allowed only when MNGRCV(*SYSTEM) is specified.
Recovery . . . : Do one of the following and try the request again:
-- Specify *NO for the Delete Receivers (DLTRCV) parameter.
-- If DLTRCV(*YES) is requested, specify MNGRCV(*SYSTEM).
Technical description . . . . . . . . : If you are attempting a Change Journal (CHGJRN), use the Work with Journal Attributes (WRKJRNA) command to determine the current setting for the Manage Receivers and Delete Receivers information.
