Referential constraint error on member &3.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The apply or remove operation failed at sequence number &8 in journal receiver &4 in library &5 because of a referential constraint error on member &3 file &1 in library &2. The operation failed with reason code &7. The reason codes and their meanings follow:
1 -- A clear operation was requested, and the file is a parent file with established and enabled referential constraints.
2 -- The file is logically damaged.
Recovery . . . : For reason code 1, do the following:
-- Find the dependent files of the constraints using the Display Database Relations (DSPDBR) command on parent file &1 in library &2.
-- Disable the constraints using the Change Physical File Constraint (CHGPFCST) or Work with Physical File Constraints (WRKPFCST) command on the dependent files.
-- Try the APYJRNCHG or RMVJRNCHG request again for just the failing journal entry. Specify your previous values, but with &8 on the FROMENTLRG or the FROMENT parameter and the TOENTLRG or the TOENT parameter, and journal receiver &4 in library &5 as the starting journal receiver on the RCVRNG parameter.
-- Enable the constraints using the CHGPFCST or WRKPFCST command on the dependent files.
-- If the original request was an APYJRNCHG, continue by specifying your previous values, but with the first sequence number after sequence number &8 in journal receiver &4 on the FROMENTLRG or the FROMENT parameter, and journal receiver &4 in library &5 as the starting journal receiver on the RCVRNG parameter.
-- If the original request was a RMVJRNCHG, continue by specifying your previous values, but with the first sequence number before sequence number &8 in journal receiver &4 on the FROMENTLRG or the FROMENT parameter, and journal receiver &4 in library &5 as the starting journal receiver on the RCVRNG parameter.
For reason code 2, do the following:
-- Use the WRKPFCST or Remove Physical File Constraint (RMVPFCST) command to remove all constraints from the file, and then use the Add Physical File Constraint (ADDPFCST) command to add the constraints back to the file.
-- Try the APYJRNCHG or RMVJRNCHG request again, specifying your previous values, but with &8 on the FROMENTLRG or the FROMENT parameter, and journal receiver &4 in library &5 as the starting journal receiver on the RCVRNG parameter.
