Service required for access path protection.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : An error occurred while the system was trying to change or determine the target access path recovery times being used by the system for system-managed access-path protection. If this message was received while trying to change the target access path recovery times used for access path recovery, the recovery times were not changed because of an internal system problem.
System-managed access-path protection can only be turned off.
Recovery . . . : To turn system-managed access-path protection off, specify *OFF for the system recovery time on the Edit Recovery for Access Paths panel (EDTRCYAP command) or specify SYSRCYTIME(*OFF) on the Change Recovery for Access Paths (CHGRCYAP) command. If system-managed access-path protection is turned off the system will not automatically protect access paths on the system.
If this message was not received while trying to change the target access path recovery times, no recovery is required.
Report the problem (ANZPRB command).
