Not all recovery time changes made active.

Cause . . . . . : All requested target recovery time changes were made, but because of internal system errors not all changes could become active. Changes specified for the ASP that has an internal system error will not affect the estimated access path recovery time for that ASP.
Recovery . . . : Use the display job log (DSPJOBLOG) command to display the messages in the job log. Message CPD70E6 will be in the job log for each ASP whose target recovery time change could not be made active. Edit the access path recovery times (EDTRCYAP command) to determine if the current estimated system access path recovery time is acceptable. If it is not acceptable, change the target system recovery time.
When the internal system errors have been corrected, try the change request again.
