Null string VALUE invalid for variable &3.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : A null string value cannot be specified to change a program variable unless the variable is a character or bit string that either has a maximum length of zero, or is of varying-length. The variable that was not changed is &3 in program &1.
Recovery . . . : Do one of the following and try the command again:
1) Use the VALUE parameter to specify a value that contains at least one character;
2) Use the PGMVAR parameter and the PGM parameter to specify a variable and program that can be changed with a null string value.
