Not authorized to run advanced analysis command &2.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The reason code is &3. Reason codes and their meaning follow: 1 - The user profile &1 is not linked to a service tools user ID. 2 - The linked service tools user ID does not have the proper functional privileges to run the &2 advanced analysis command.
Recovery . . . : Reason codes and their recoveries follow. Do one of the following and then try the request again: 1 - Have a system administrator link the user profile &1 to a service tools user ID. 2 - Have a system administrator give the linked service tools user ID privilege to Display/Alter/Dump read.
