Cause . . . . . : The alert was never logged or it has been deleted.
Recovery . . . : Do the following, and then try your request again:
-- Verify the alert log identifier parameter is being properly set by the calling program.
-- Use the Display Network Attributes (DSPNETA) command to verify that alerts are being logged.
Technical description . . . . . . . . : The alert log identifier is &1.
