Support network sign on limit exceeded.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The number of sessions that a user can run at the same time is limited. The user is making a request that would exceed this limit. Reason code &1 and message number &2 were returned by the system.
Recovery . . . : Complete the other support network sessions and try the request again.
