Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : An error occurred when accessing file &1 in library &2. The file may be formatted incorrectly or may not exist.
Recovery . . . : Use F10 (if available) or the Display Job Log (DSPJOBLOG) command to view the messages in the job log and determine what errors occurred. Also, check the format and existence of file &1 in library &2. Correct the errors and try the request again.
