System level information not retrieved due to errors.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : An Escape message was received while retrieving system level information.
Recovery . . . : Use F10 (if available) or the Display Job Log (DSPJOBLOG) command to view the messages in the job log and determine what errors occurred. Correct the errors and try the request again; or, if you are already on the Work with Order Information Files display, use F5 to refresh the file.
