Hexadecimal constant not valid.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : One of the following error conditions were detected:
-- The hexadecimal constant in position &1 of the input buffer contains an odd number of hexadecimal digits.
-- The hexadecimal constant in position &1 of the input buffer, being assigned or compared to a Double Byte Character Set (DBCS) identifier, contains an odd number of bytes.
Recovery . . . : Correct the hexadecimal constant and enter the expression again.
Technical description . . . . . . . . : For example, X'F1F' contains an odd number of hexadecimal digits. X'F1F2F3' contains an even number of hexadecimal digits but contains an odd number of bytes.
