File &1 is a spooled file.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The command that you specified does not process files as a part of a input stream.
Recovery . . . : Use the Data (DATA) command to change the name of the spooled file that is in the input stream so that it agrees with the name of the database file to be sent. Or, use the Copy File (CPYF) command to copy the spooled file that is in the input stream to a temporary database file and specify the name of the temporary file on the command.
